B. Viewing Psycho-Visual film that explains the program and how the subconscious
mind works in detail.
C. Personalized Hypnotherapy session
D. Re-enforcement recording of the Hypnotherapy session to use at home
E. Informational/educational material pertinent to your issue/problem
F. Telephone consultation between 1st and 2nd visit ad needed
(There is never an additional charge for any telephone calls during or after

2nd Visit - lasts
approximately 60 to 90 min.

detail.
C. Personalized Hypnotherapy session
D. Re-enforcement recording of the Hypnotherapy session to use at home
E. Informational/educational material pertinent to your issue/problem
F. Psycho-Visual film specific to your issue/problem to use daily at home for 30
days and then for re-enforcement as needed
G. Telephone consultation in 2 weeks to discuss progress and to determine if an
additional session is necessary.
OPTION # 3 -
Abbreviated In Office Program

1st visit - lasts
approximately 1-2 hours
A. Review of specific issues and motivations with the Hypnotherapist
B. Viewing Psycho-Visual film that explains how the subconscious mind works in
detail.
C. Psycho-Visual film specific to your issue/problem to use daily at home for 30
days and then for re-enforcement as needed
D. Audio behavior modification recording to use at home
E. Informational/educational material pertinent to your issue/problem
F. Telephone consultation in 2 weeks to discuss progress
*Note: there is an
additional $25.00 charge for evening (after 4pm) and weekend appointments.
Pre-payment is also required because of the amount of time that is being set
aside for your visits (postdated check or credit card information is
acceptable). Your check or credit card will not be run through until after your
first visit unless you fail to appear. You may cancel or change the time or date
of your appointment at no charge by giving 24 hours notice.
